Ordering Pole-Kat golf equipment and
accessories online is a quick and easy process. Pole-Kat provides you with two ways to shop:

Your credit card is completely safe when you shop online with Pole-Kat. We have made security a priority for our shoppers. All orders are transmitted with 128bit encryption to our secure server that protects your information against misuse.
Privacy
Pole-Kat
treats all customer information as strictly confidential. We do not share, trade or sell email or other information to any third party.
Payment Methods
Pole-Kat Golf accepts major credit cards in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will also accept cashiers check, money orders and checks. All orders paid for by check will be held for 10 business days, or until the check has cleared. NO COD ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED.
Shipping
& Taxes
Because Pole-Kat Golf operates a retail
establishment in the state of Florida, we are required by law to
charge a 6% sales tax, merchandise only, on any orders that are
delivered inside the state of Florida. Those orders placed and
delivered outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.
Whenever possible, we ship orders via
United Parcel Service (UPS). Most orders are shipping within 48
hours of on-line placement. Custom orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order placement.
Our on-line shopping system will
automatically apply shipping rates based on your product ordered,
location, and method of choice.
Returns
Pole-Kat Golf wants you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase, and offers a 30-day return policy. The original packaging and materials must accompany items returned. ONLY NEW EQUIPMENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. All returns will be subject to inspection before credit is issued. Only the purchase price of the equipment is eligible for refund. CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL NON-STOCK ORDERS AND CLOSEOUTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
If you need to return an item
contact Pole-Kat Golf by phone or email and request a RA Number
(Return Authorization). Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend that you insure the package when shipping.
Warranty
Pole-Kat Golf is proud to offer a limited
Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on the shafts and club heads. This warranty is
non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Pole-Kat Golf is not responsible for
deterioration of the product due to abuse, accidental damage or
improper handling. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by
alterations, adjustments or repairs made by any unauthorized
persons.
If you need to return an item contact
Pole-Kat Golf by phone or email and request a RA Number (Return
Authorization). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of
the buyer. Pole-Kat Golf will repair the product and return it at
our expense.
